**We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth across various channels.**

As the Marketing Director, you will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and media vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong background in retail industry it's a MUST.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budget management and allocation.
