- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and recipes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Understanding of financial concepts and budgeting.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
