Develop marketing strategy and tactics to promote DaShop and increase brand awareness and customer base
- Manage and oversee the creation of relevant and engaging creative campaigns, engagement programs and business as usual communications.
- S/he is also responsible for creating, editing, and researching to create content and increase engagement.
- Develop and deploy an internal media buying strategy across different platforms.

Key KPIs include:

- Dashop Marketing Strategy
- SEO implantation
- Marketing campaigns
- Conversion rate for all leads
- Develop tactics and positioning that differentiates DaShop’s strategy, and offerings and features by understanding merchant and partner needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces
- Develop initiatives based on defined target market segments, metrics, key messaging and channels/distribution plans
- Responsible for market analysis, competitive research and merchant feedback
- Provide all offline marketing activities and develop an effective platform and recommend improvements in sales processes.
- Develop content strategies for all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. This includes deciding what content works best for each platform.
- Develop, monitor, write and update product content on website and all platforms
- Create and maintain the editorial calendar for all platforms and analyze audience engagement and cultural trends and use learnings to drive organic growth
- Oversee and deliver creative and valuable content that resonates with different audiences on different channels aimed at building awareness.
- Manage copywriting processes and prepare content for all activities, initiatives, events and analyze all campaigns.
- Collaborate with the web developers & designers to execute marketing strategies.
- Liaise and build relationships with clients and media sales companies
- Negotiate with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online, broadcast and print advertising.
- Book and monitor individual advertising spots, e.g. pages, posters, internet banners and broadcast adverts.
- Ensure all communications, materials, and initiatives conform to branding guidelines.
- Responsible for handling collaterals for events, and liaising with any agencies or teams for events.
- Collaborating with business development and product team to drive results and improvement

**Personal Skills**:

- Strong analytical, research and synthesizing data skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong expertise in excel, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong project management skills and prioritization
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with different teams
- Muti-tasking and working under pressure
- Knowledge in CRM is a plus

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce space to include competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
- Strong and demonstrated experience writing copy and content curation
- Strong background in organic marketing (SEO, content marketing, etc.)
- Experience is using data analytics tools (like Google Analytics)
- Startup experience in B2B2C is a strong Plus as well.
