We need a Digital Marketing “geek” someone who is engrossed in technology and B2B marketing techniques. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and maximizing our marketing effort by developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, improve customer engagement and drive lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Mindset**:Adaptability with creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges.
- **Website**:Collaborate with experts to optimize SEO; ensuring content is up to date; maintain a consistent tone of voice; create a clear user journey; improve organic search ranking, user experience, and conversion rates while ensuring performance is measured against clear KPIs.
- **Social Media**: Plan and coordinate a schedule of activities and paid ad campaigns across all social platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for innovation and improvement.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of solid experience in marketing & digital marketing.
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.).
- Previous experience in IT companies / Software industry is preferable.
- Experience in digital marketing automation software (e.g. ActiveCampaign).
- Experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of web publishing.
- Knowledge in SEO tools and best practices.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the European culture and mindset.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or other media editing software is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
