**Role Overview**:
As a Technical Customer Success Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers integrate Uqudo's technology effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and work closely with both customers and our engineering team to resolve complex issues. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a software engineering role, providing a unique opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills and advance within the tech industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert assistance to customers during the integration of Uqudo’s mobile, web SDKs and APIs.
- Serve as the main contact for customers' technical inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Uqudo’s engineering team to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Utilise tools like Postman to demonstrate API calls and assist customers with API integration.
- Work with the engineering team to publish content in the developer documentation as well as other channels to help educate customers on the technical integration topics
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions to improve our support database.
- Stay updated with the latest updates and features in our products to provide accurate information to customers.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web development environments.
- Proficient in using API tools like Postman for executing and debugging API calls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and customers.
- A proactive approach and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and understanding of cloud architecture.
