**Health & Wellness Butler**

**About the position**

The Health & Wellness Butler Department is in charge of looking after our guests, assuring them of information and the management of their needs within the establishment. For this, the figure of the Health & Wellness Butler is essential to ensure that the team efficiently manages all the needs of the guests, supporting them in daily tasks, leading the team, motivating talents, and ensuring that they have all the resources and knowledge to perform their duties. Together with the Wellness Manager, he supports, implements, and evaluates the quality of the service provided to guests by the team, and is ultimately responsible for the correct operational functioning of the department, implementing procedures and providing continuous improvement to them.

**What do we expect from you?**

Supervise daily the professional performance of all the talents of the department, guaranteeing the excellence of customer service through compliance with service procedures and protocols. Train and tutor talents both in their incorporation process and their professional career within the company in all the procedures and tools implemented, guaranteeing their continuous improvement and evolution.

Manage incidents and daily needs of guests to obtain their satisfaction Responsible for the team to have the maximum knowledge about: Products and services offered

Internal company policies

Protocols and procedures of the department itself, as well as the transversal ones that affect the area and the service provided from the reception.

Ensure the consistency of reception work in terms of established standards and the alignment of talents on corporate culture and values

Filtering those relevant topics in order to assist the department manager in optimizing their responsibilities.

Proactively anticipate needs of both talent and guests

Lead and monitor daily departmental briefings in the manager's absence Daily verification of the correct invoicing of the services offered during the day

Being the communication bridge between WCR, the manager and the management, and between WCR and the rest of the areas

Coordination, planning and forecasting of the needs of the guests to meet the demand for treatments and services, in order to optimize them and thus maximize sales.

Supervise staff schedules and vacations created by the head of department, and include them in a timely manner in the internal program.

Management of incidents and communications to Human Capital

Lead the process of developing protocols and operating standards that improve internal work, as well as communication and interaction with guests.
