**About the role?**

Responsible help build successful partnerships with businesses and ensure the success of partners on Mrsool platform in alignment with Mrsool HQ standards and metrics.

You will be responsible for maximizing our partnership team potential.

**What will you do?**
- Achieve growth and hit partnerships targets by successfully managing the partnerships development.
- Cascade the Objectives and KPIs, coaching, and performance monitoring of partnerships development team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting partnerships by understanding their needs, and upselling with timely relevant proposals.
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, motivate and establish discipline to the team.
- Analyze process workflow and implement changes as needed Monitor performance and control quality Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are always met along with the country Partnerships Manager.
- Identify emerging categories, markets, and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Experiment & launch new categories as the product evolves.
- Communicates product development needs to the head of the function in HQ. Requirements:

- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as an account manager in a relevant industry, or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and ensuring successful partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effect

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
