- Explain features, products, and services.**
**- Assist customers with service or feature modifications on their accounts.**
**- Handle disruption of service calls and analyze, isolate, and diagnose customer service issues.**
**- Be flexible with video chatting to provide personalized customer support.**

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English Speakers (B2)
- Flexible with **video chatting**:

- **Grads / Dropouts or Gapyears **with no commitments in the upcoming year
- Net salary **14 K **including KPIs in Euros
- shift: Night/Overnight**( Rotational shifts between 4 PM & 5 AM for Males & Maximum 2 AM for Females / Rotational Days Off)**:

- Transportation all over Cairo & Giza
- Social and Medical Insurance up to 400K
- **Location**: 5th settlement, New Cairo**.**

Pay: From E£14,000.00 per month
