**Role Description**

This is a **full-time on-site** role in **New Cairo** for a Customer Care representative. The role includes tasks related to customer satisfaction, support, and communication on a day-to-day basis.

**Location: New Cairo (5th settlement), Cairo**

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in English
- Required English level: B2/C1
- Customer Service experience is a plus

**Specifications**
- Rotational shifts - Rotational days off (2 days off)
- 9 working hours (including one hour as a break)

**Benefits**
- Salary: up to 16,000 EGP NET (depending on your English level) + Iftar allowance
- Transportation is provided all over Cairo and Giza
- KPIs are received in Euro equivalent
- Paid training
- Salary increase after 6 months

Pay: E£6,250.00 - E£16,000.00 per month
