**A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a focal contact point for the Regional Office at Alexandria
- Coordinate meeting and activities performed by the sales force in the designated areas
- Control and maintain office equipment and appliances as needed
- Keep reasonable inventory of utilized stationary
- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Coordinate tasks and activities between HQ based functions and Sales Force
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentation
- Organize and attend meetings; sometimes taking minutes and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
- Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Receive monthly expenses report and deliver it to Finance for execution
- Handle requests of the Sales Force and inquiries from other functions
- Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate
**B. Knowledge/Experience/Qualification Requirements**:
- Relevant degree
- Experience of Pharmaceutical field is a definite plus
- _**Professional MS-Office literacy**_
- Excellent communication skills both oral and writing
