Job description:
As a Personal Assistant with HR, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while also assisting with human resources functions. You responsibilities includes:
Personal Assistant Duties:

- Manage the CEO’s Calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations and reports.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and itineraries.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

HR Duties:

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee benefits administrations.
- Assist with HR analytics and reporting.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fields.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in Human Resources role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel at any time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essentials.
