**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement training programs for technical skills in automotive engineering, including but not limited to product training, vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and new technology adoption.
- Develop non-technical training modules focusing on product & selling skills such as sales process, service process, parts process & CRM process.
- Create and execute motivational and retention programs to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Leverage expertise in electric vehicles (EV) to educate staff on the latest developments and maintenance practices in this growing sector.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for individuals and teams.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make improvements as necessary.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the automotive industry to incorporate into training programs.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively supports the training programs.
- Oversee the uploading and maintenance of training materials, courses, and resources on the LMS platform.
- Monitor LMS usage and generate reports to track learner progress and training completions.
- Develop e-learning training materials and upload it to the LMS
- Report monthly on Training KPIs
- Achieve Training Department KPIs and meet deadlines.
- Manage by influence people to complete their training curriculums and completion ratio
- Conduct On Job Training to ensure right implementation of training information

**Qualifications & **relevant experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on training and development.
- TTT Certification certified is preferable.
- Experience with Electric Vehicles (EV) is highly desirable.
- Experience with LMS

**Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical training methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment and motivate participants.
- Proficient in using training software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
