**OVERVIEW**:
As a trainer within Skillsoft / Global Knowledge your primary role will be to represent Skillsoft / Global Knowledge whilst delivering high quality education in accordance with vendor-specification, and to the quality standards documented in Skillsoft / Global Knowledge's quality procedures.

A trainer will also provide sales support where necessary, keep abreast of technology and industry changes and feedback delegate's sales leads in a timely fashion. When not on platform delivering trainers will work with sales and product management, providing sales support and customer engagement, respond to all operational, sales and customer requests within allotted time-scale and attend, where necessary vendor TTTs and be prepared to redeliver to all FTE trainers as and when required. Fluency in both Arabic and English are essential for this role.

**OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS**:

- To be qualified and authorised to deliver assigned training courses prior to first delivery, ensuring the appropriate vendor process is followed.
- Deliver training courses as specified by the course vendor and in consultation with designated scheduling manager.
- Deliver training courses to the required quality standards as detailed in Skillsoft / Global Knowledge's quality procedures.
- Adhere to vendor-specific requirements including but not limited to obtain / renew certificates and following required examination and invigilation guidelines.
- Pursue agreed development plans and ensure that preparation time and team assessments are utilised to achieve these plans.
- Attain the required standards in transfer of technical skills and delivery techniques.
- Deliver courses at all Skillsoft / Global Knowledge centres and customer sites when required.
- Keep abreast of industry and vendor technology, exam and certification guidelines, distributing information to colleagues where applicable.
- Provide sales support in the form of qualified leads and customer visits.
- Responsive to contact requests, information and customer enquires.
- Manage the classroom to optimise training experience.
- Work closely with the designated scheduling manager to ensure that trainer utilisation meets or exceeds the company requirements.
- Represent the Skillsoft / Global Knowledge values - demonstrating a can do and positive attitude at all times.
- Establish, build and maintain positive relationships and communication channels with all operational team members.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary to support the growth and goals of Skillsoft / Global Knowledge.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Essential**
- The trainer should hold the AWS Authorised Instructor (AAI) qualification
- The trainer should be able to deliver at least:

- AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials
- Architecting on AWS
- Fluency in both Arabic and English are essential for this role

**Desirable**
- Ideally the job holder will hold vendor certifications with significant experience in a similar role.
