CEO Personal Assistant

Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications and correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring all meetings and appointments are organized and prioritized.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle financial matters, including expense reports and budget management.
- Assist in preparing for board meetings and other high-level executive meetings.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to other members of the executive team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field.
- Flexibility to travel based on the business need.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant to a CEO or senior executive.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
