As an SDR at 1001 Epochs, you will be a key player in generating new business opportunities for our AI and automation solutions. Your primary role will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, setting up the foundation for our sales team to close deals. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to the company’s growth by creating a pipeline of high-quality leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting: Identify potential companies and decision-makers who could benefit from our AI & Automation services through research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process, ensuring they align with 1001 Epochs' ideal client profile.
- Outreach Strategy: Develop tailored outreach campaigns, using multiple channels, to engage decision-makers effectively and set up discovery calls or demos.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and share market insights.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records and manage pipelines using Zoho CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and lead progression.
