Sales Account Manager

1. The systematic development of potential new customers to increase the chances on the market. 2. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 4. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned 5. Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models. 6. Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors. 7. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. 8. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. 9. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 10. Handle customer complaints and then identify and resolve client concerns. 11. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 12. Follow-up for collection of payment. 13. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
