Sales Manager

EESS, a leading provider of calibration and validation services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our calibration and validation services across various industries.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels (e.g., networking, industry events, cold calling).
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase EESS's value proposition.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring optimal contract terms.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Travel to meet clients and attend industry events (as needed).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the calibration, validation, or testing equipment industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals.
Strong understanding of calibration and validation processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
