Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at Alkuttab.io. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a positive customer experience. This role is remote work from home.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Working on a rational shift is a must
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Patience and empathy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Fluency in Arabic and very good English
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Technical background is preferred
- Egyptian Human is must
- Female is Must
- Academic and Professional Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, call center
- Strong understanding of online learning platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Islamic principles and Quranic teachings is preferred.

Pay: From E£6,000.00 per month
