Role Overview

The Provider & Partner Governance Consultant will complete key tasks to support HCM third party (provider and service partner) governance activity and associated workstreams.

What you’ll do
- Conduct governance activity on provider and partners in accordance with the monthly governance cycle.
- To maintain governance and control requirements, ensuring all internal governance requirements are met, including full compliance with all policies, audit actions, monitoring actions and risk appetite.
- Analyse the output of the review model to identify trends in behaviours and complete relevant reporting.
- Surface trends in behaviours to relevant stakeholders and drive initiatives to support continuous improvement in provider and partner relationships.
- Drive closure on actions identified in the 360 review for both providers and partners to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct meetings with relevant stakeholders to gain information on provider and partner relationships and share output from governance review.
- Identify improvements and optimizations to working processes, documenting the processes and changes where relevant.
- Act as an advocate for the HCM Department with key internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with departmental KPIs and SLAs.
- Represent the team on projects as assigned by line manager.
- Deputise for HCM Governance Lead as appropriate.

What you’ll bring
- Evidence of working to deadlines and achieving against set targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
- Ability to understand and interpret claims data and data output.
- Strong verbal and written English skills with ability to liaise at all levels.
- Exposure to project work including demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
