Job Main Scope:
Implement sales plans to boost customer reach & penetration in food service dedicated channels along with execution of free trade agenda via distributors sales force

Job Roles & Responsibilities- Customer Development Consultant:
- Deploy sales activity plans with key operators with the use of the company available sales tools- Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company’s policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.- Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories- Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix- Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business Free Trade Expansion- Agree on a joint business plan with assigned distributors that delivers the company strategic objectives- Set clear performance expectations for distributor sales force to achieve growth of strategic categories in line with profit guidelines- Execute free trade plans to increase reach & penetration within designated distributors.

Key Competencies & Skills:
- University graduate (Business Major is a plus)- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG- Strong negotiation & presentation and communication skills- Ability to develop win-win solutions- Good command of English- Strong Stakeholder management
