  • Identify, evaluate and select appropriate local partners/3rd parties per country that are compliant with the company requirements and policies.
  • Negotiate commissions, expenses and terms & conditions and finalize agreements with 3rd parties.
  • Work closely with 3rd parties to assess the market dynamics and risks, to identify portfolios of interest, to estimate the market size and growth, to analyze current and future competitions, to determine the market competitiveness and to identify market opportunities aiming to drive revenue and profitability growth.
  • Determine market demand, sales forecasts and expected prices per country.
  • Achieve the maximum profit according to the country economic situation and market analysis.
  • Coordinate between RA team in Egypt and each country to analyze each product classification according to local registration guidelines.
  • Analyze competitors’ prices per country.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments in Minapharm like Quality, RA, Supply Chain and New Products to compile products’ CTD as per each country’s regulations to proceed with registration process.
  • Manage marketing plans per country and coordinate training programs between Minapharm’s marketing and sales teams to transfer the knowledge to 3rd parties’ teams.
  • Manage incoming orders with Supply Chain and IT departments to ensure timely deliveries and customers satisfaction.
  • Coordinate product changes, including but not limited to Artwork, as per each country’s requirements.
  • Manage and update the Export system on Oracle with details and performance of 3rd parties, order processing, as well the CTD system in place aiming to digitize cross-functional relevant processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry).
  • A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in export activities in African and the Middle Eastern countries.
  • Fluent in English Language.
  • Experienced in commercial activities.
  • Experienced in leading a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem solving kills.
