Job Description:
- Architect, design, provision, implement, and deliver scalable AWS solutions, with a focus on mapping
- across IaaS and Paas
- Key resource for hands-on delivery of enterprise AWS solutions
- Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements to establish new
- cloud platforms
- Assist in designing AWS solutions to meet our clients technical, security, and business needs
- Execute on implementation plans to deploy AWS infrastructure and move workloads to AWS
- Assist in internal Service Delivery Framework and IP development Qualifications
- Attend and assist in technical design workshops for enterprise
- Design and deploy the virtual machine environment, storage environment, network architecture and
- VPC environments
- Design and deploy Cloud applications
- Guide the engineering team in the deployment of solutions and
- Develop roadmaps for current and future cloud
- Ensure security is integrated into all AWS services
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant Engineering experience with large-scale implementations on AWS
- Must have solid experience in architecting and delivering core AWS projects at the enterprise level
- Must have hands-on experience with scaling technologies and solutions
- Must have experience in performing migrations to AWS Cloud
- Must have a strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure solutions including enterprise directories
- Must be capable of communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non technical c-level executives, management and other team members both verbally and in written form
- Must be prepared to participate in technical design workshops for enterprise
- Must have knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations
- Must have experience in cloud architectures, including web, application, and database components
- Automating environments using Infrastructure as Code - Terraform experience preferred
- Familiarity with network topology and technologies (VPC, Direct Connect, Route53, Load Balancers,
- )
- Cloud architecture design (Well-Architected five pillars)
- Scripting - 2+ years experience (python, BASH, PowerShell) - preferred
