Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs job descriptions and qualifications for various positions.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates using various methods including job boards and social media.
Conduct thorough candidate searches both active and passive utilizing databases professional networks and other resources to build a robust talent pipeline.
Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with position requirements and company culture.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data track progress and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events job fairs and open houses

Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
HR Certificate is plus.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Recruiter or similar role in a fastpaced corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including social media job boards and networking. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence other
