Talent Acquisition Partner MENA

- Develops and maintains a strong diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline for core roles within assigned business unit and ability to help in other areas as needed
- Leverages multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates including LinkedIn search engines niche job boards social media user groups and blogs
- Ensures staffing needs are being met with a longterm strategy approach
- Manages 12 15 requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as business needs dictate
- Reviews candidate profiles screens resumes assess candidates information and updates candidate status in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Conducts a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration
- Coordinates closely with hiring teams to shepherd candidates through the process.
- Forms close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
- Extends offers to candidates coordinating closely with career advocates and hiring managers
- Creates and implement endtoend hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Leads/Supports on Employer Branding Initiatives
- Manage Early career initiatives and manage relationship with universities.
- Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events
- Works closely with HRBPs to align on hiring forecasts.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition in MENA region.
