Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a motivated talent acquisition specialist to join our HR department and help us grow our team with toptier talent across MENA region. The ideal candidate will have experience in fullcycle recruiting from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. In this position you will be collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract toptier candidates across the MENA region.
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive and active candidates. Screen candidates effectively to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR team to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on talent acquisition best practices.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitor activity and industry developments to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Generate regular reports through Zoho recruit and gain insights to inform decisionmakers and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and uptodate records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on regional or multilocation recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing attracting and hiring top talent across various functional areas and levels.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices including sourcing techniques candidate assessment methods and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS preferably Zoho Suit.
