We are looking for a Sales Operations Head to lead our sales operations team and drive revenue growth through optimized sales processes, analytics, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales operations management, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize sales performance
- Manage and mentor the sales operations team, providing coaching and support to ensure performance goals are achieved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales processes
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage the sales technology stack, ensuring that all systems are integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Develop and implement training programs to improve sales operations skills across the organization

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales operations strategies that drive revenue growth
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data
- Experience with sales technology platforms, including CRM and sales automation tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
