**About the role**:

- Promote sales enablement, training and adoption of consulting approach and assets for the sales and presales community (whitepapers, customer cases)
- Develop consulting-led engagements mapped to SVP use cases
- Define the Value Proposition & Positioning of the consulting portfolio under your care, develop straightforward and integrated message about our portfolio
- Support marketing plan for this portfolio, in close relationship with the Regions and Sales & Marketing organizations, and in line with central marketing objectives (solution approach, service strategy, etc,).
- Gather market intelligence, expertise and recommendations to drive development strategies for our consulting offers
- Educate the consulting/marketing/sales community on the value proposition of the portfolio(s) under your care through Case Studies, White-Papers and other appropriate collaterals
- Support relationships and visibility with key internal and external stakeholders such as Public Relations, Analysts, Vendors,

**About you**:

- A graduate degree in Business or Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a telecom/IT environment,
- A strong understanding of digital services & IT services
- Experience of working with Multinational and Large National Account customers and possess a sound understanding of their business drivers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to take complex services to market through effective communication and marketing initiatives, in the consumer or enterprise segment
- Experience of successfully working in matrixed and virtual teams internationally
- Track record of successfully interfacing with sales, marketing communications, product management etc to ensure revenue and margin maximization
- Possess experience and understanding of the sales operation, and a demonstrable ability to positively influence their ability to sell
- Possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, drive and ambition
