Regional Export Sales Manager

NOK Human Capital is hiring Regional Export Sales Manager for one of the most well known Engineering & Manufacturing industries in Egypt.
The Export Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing the selling activity controlling and evaluating the sales operations also he is responsible for determining the departments needs qualifications and needs of the human resources.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manages the development and/or delivery of an element of the organizations strategic planning.
2. Manages key client and customer relationships typically by using account teams to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organization.
3. Sells a range of products and services to significant customers and/or manages a sales team with guidance from senior colleagues to achieve sales targets for a given area.
4. Manages the development and/or delivery of budget plans for own department.
5. Analyzes key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
6. Grow our export business by maintaining successful longterm client relationships.
7. Manage strategic accounts in Africa region and involve us in new market opportunities.
8. Monitor plan develop sales activity participate in setting goals and establishing the organization sales policies.
9. Prepare pricing and discount rates and submit periodic sales reports
Job Qualifications:
1. 58 years of experience in same role.
2. Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction background is preferred.
3. Results oriented person with advanced planning & prioritizing skills
4. Advanced communication & negotiation skills
