We're hiring for the position of Territory Sales Representative \r
Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture. \r
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for sales of our wide spectrum of products, building relationships with key players in the seed industry as well as our dynamic customers, and work in close partnership with leading companies in the industry \r

Your Challenge:

  • You must be able to work independently and be highly motivated \r
  • You must have exceptional communication skills and people knowledge \r
  • You must be disciplined and have a drive to reach targets under challenging conditions \r
  • You must have a good knowledge of Agriculture and cultivation of seeds and CP \r
  • You must be a team player \r
\r

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

You will mostly be working with our clients daily but will also work closely with partners in Agriculture like financial institutions, co-operations and from time-to-time our government officials \r

  • BSc in Agriculture \r
  • At least 10 years' experience in marketing and sales or Agriculture related business \r
  • A valid driver's license \r
  • To be computer literate \r
  • To have good communication skills. \r
  • To physically work on fields when trials are planted, evaluated, or harvested \r
