We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Client Solutions Manager to join our X (Twitter) team in Egypt. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.
What You'll Do
Act as a consultant to clients on how to achieve success on the paid media platform, and ensure they meet their business goals and desired KPIs efficiently.Become the leading point of contact for clients regarding campaign optimization, platform troubleshooting, budget pacing and performance monitoring.Work closely with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to contribute to strategies for clients to scale their business on the media platform. Build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers.Liaise with internal teams to troubleshoot and inquire on behalf of clients' queries for their campaigns.Operate as the technical expert on products and be able to relay updates and strategies to clients in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.Curate and conduct business reviews.Strategic capacity to identify upselling opportunities to generate incremental revenue.Responsible for setting up measurement experiments and other back end workflows prior to campaign launchWhat You Need For This RoleMinimum 1-2 years media experience.
