About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial department at our home electrical appliances manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash flow management, strategic planning, and the ability to build and lead a complete financial management team and system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans and budgets.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive financial management system.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow management and strategic financial planning.
  • Experience in building and leading a financial management team.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or professional qualifications such as CPA/CFA preferred).
