  • Preparation of interviews and meetings with the Chairman of the Board of Directors
  • Direct communication with customers and with the Chairman of the Board of Directors
  • Preparation and attendance of conferences and exhibitions of products or services that provided by the company
  • Booking airline tickets
  • Organizing the files of his administration and keeping them in accordance with the requirements of quality
  • Processing presentations
Job Requirements
  • Required academic qualification: Bachelor of Arts
  • Languages required: Arabic and English
  • Years of Experience: 3-10 in a similar position.
  • Skills and abilities: Ability to work within a team, fast learner, computer proficiency.
