Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the CFO, including managing calendars and appointments, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. The Assistant will also be responsible for phone etiquette and clerical skills.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Very good at presentation skills
