Job Description

  • Assist in executing all HR strategies tailored to different departments, in alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with department managers in forecasting their future workforce needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and employee’s development.
  • Manage employees’ relations by addressing employee concerns, mediate disputes, and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Administer employees’ leave requests, and disciplinary actions (when necessary)
  • Enforce company policies, labor law, and regulations to maintain a fair and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless employee journey.
  • Manage HRIS system
  • Collaborate with senior management to promote a positive work culture that attracts, retains, and motivates employees.
  • Ensure compliance to labor laws and regulations

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 Years proven experience in working in human resources functions.
  • Very Good in speaking and writing English
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (Oracle) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.
  • Additional HR training/diploma will be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field.
