Manage, build, maintain, nurture and generate corporate business relationships to Libano SuisseTakaful Egypt.
  • Introduce Cross selling/ up selling initiatives on the assigned portfolio insuring that Libano Suissecustomers' needs are met.
  • Penetrate the Egyptian Corporate Life Insurance Market through the following channels: o Brokers' network.
o Direct Sales Network. o International / B2B / Company o Individual effort.
  • Conduct sales visits to identify clients' needs and advising them on the most suitable solutions of the Company Corporate products to develop business opportunities and win larger market share.
  • Develop, maintain and nurture the strategic relations between this company and Libano Suissethrough all provided tools to make sure of the long term customer retention and business persistency.
  • Keep up to date with the insurance and competition developments within the market and the key accounts.
  • Communicate with the Operations Department to get the needed quotations and to issue invoices and contracts as well as to cater to clients on going requests and toprovide clients with solutions to their inquiries and problems.
  • Analyze and study the assigned corporate portfolio to identify business opportunities in order to meet cross selling/up selling targets.
  • Expand the corporate coverage within assigned area of responsibility through attracting new corporate partners.
  • Develop strong networks with all channels that generate corporate business leads.
  • Follow up on the clients' premiums' payments, renewals or cancellations of policies.
  • Keep tight follow up with all new/existing customers on presented offers.
  • Acting as strategic contact point and the relationship manager between the Companies management and Libano Suisse.

University degree.
  • At least 7 years of Corporate Sales experience/key accountant management preferably in the insurance, banking or service fields.
  • A post graduate study is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of macro economic issues and local and international market dynamics for the insurance field.
  • Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Good coaching and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills.
