Ce que tu feras:
  • Organiser et contr ler les op rations de mise en inventaire des produits
  • Coordonner, entrainer et communiquer les t ches quotidiennes et nos diff rents processus aux membre aux employ s
  • Pr parer et analyser les rapports de productivit s et apporter des solutions viables afin de maximiser l efficacit et l efficience des t ches ;
  • Participer l am lioration continue des meilleures pratiques de sant et s curit et coordonner leurs mises en application ;
  • Coordonner la resolution des probl mes ( Under, BO) provenant du Putaway
  • Effectuer les rencontres d quipe avant les quarts de travail avec vos employ s pour les annoncer les objectifs de la journ e ;
  • Planifier et organiser les inventaires cycliques pour la maintenance de la sant de l inventaire
  • S assurer du respect des proc dures et des politiques de l entrep t et de l entreprise mises en place;
  • Sensibiliser les employ s sur les risques d accidents de travail travers des capsules Sant et s curit
  • Appliquer les mesures disciplinaires au besoin

Qui tu es
  • Au moins 2 ans d exp rience en tant que Chef d quip
  • Formation en gestion des op rations ou logistique (un atout)
  • Comp tences en analyse des indicateurs de performance;
  • Bonne ma trise de Microsoft office
  • Fran ais et en anglais parl
  • Leadership motivateur qui montre par exemple;

The role


The Team Lead will operate in an environment focused on developing and empowering their team, while leveraging their knowledge, tools and leadership to improve They will be stimulated and challenged in a role where he/she leads, develops, and empowers their The Team Leader will be responsible for supporting daily operations, personnel management and team development, while participating in continuous improvement initiatives, including system implementations, automation and quality

What you will do:
  • Organize and monitor product inventory operations
  • Coordinate, train and communicate daily tasks and different processes to employees
  • Prepare and analyze productivity reports and provide viable solutions to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of tasks;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of health and safety best practices and coordinate their implementation;
  • Coordinate the problem-solving tasks ( Under, BO) from the Putaway
  • Conduct pre-shift team meetings with your employees to announce the days objectives;
  • Plan and organize inventory cycles to maintain the overall health of the inventory
  • Ensure compliance with established warehouse and company procedures and policies;
  • Educate employees on the risks of work accidents through Health and Safety capsules
  • Apply disciplinary measures if necessary

What you need to have
  • At least 2 years experience as a Team
  • Operations or logistics management background (an asset)
  • Skills in analyzing performance indicators;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of English and French
  • Motivational leadership that leads by example;
