Goals & Deliverables:

  • Generate 6-8 high-quality prospects daily, conduct around 5 demos per day, and maintain a pipeline value of Rs.1 lac per day for field sales managers by engaging in 35-40 unique interactions daily within assigned territories and business verticals.
  • Run at least 1 campaign weekly to connect with existing leads in the designated area and convert them into potential prospects.
  • Meet with existing customers in the area to secure minimum 1 reference daily from each customer.
  • Obtain 2 partner leads daily when encountering hardware vendors, web designers, and other relevant market vendors.
  • Enhance the lead-to-prospect ratio, prospect-to-demo ratio, prospect-to-decision ratio, campaign success ratio, and overall revenue potential of prospects on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure each prospect experiences the product and elevate the number of apps/applications experienced per prospect monthly. Daily, aim for a minimum of 8 mobile app installations and 2 trial installations of desktop solutions.
  • Adhere to systems and processes, and utilize CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is inputted in the CRM for all engagements with leads and prospects.
