Plans, co-ordinates and manages the execution of the event as per the time table and pre-set budget by aligning with all relevant parties such as caterers, venues, entertainment, etc.


  • Negotiates the costs of various facilities and ensuring a good relationship is maintained with them.
  • Recruits & selects freelancers to demonstrate BINGO products at the event thus ensuring raised brand awareness.
  • B.A. degree in any related discipline 35 years of experience in event management.
