Job Description

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Export Sales Manager with a focus on the herbs and spices market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in increasing sales, managing international shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enter and expand the company's presence in the EU market for herbs and spices.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience of the Herbs market to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Manage and build relationships with key clients, negotiating terms and agreements to maximize business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment for the market.
  • Stay updated on the market trends, trade regulations, and industry developments to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and process export documentation specifically tailored for the market, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to the client and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive client experience. 
  • Coordinate and oversee the export process for herbs and spices, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in export operations, preferably in the herbs and spices industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the market, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase sales and expand market share in the.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with export-related software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required.
