Main Task:

â¢Create and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. 

â¢Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations

â¢Develop and manage relationships with key B2B clients, including corporate accounts, interior designers, and real estate developers.

â¢Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking and industry events.

â¢Oversee the end-to-end management of B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

â¢Address client needs, resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.

â¢Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and product offerings.

â¢Work closely with the marketing, product and customer service teams to align B2B strategies with overall business goals and ensure a seamless client experience.

â¢Organizing sales call schedule & outside technical visits to potential clients.

Requirements:

â¢Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.

â¢Minimum of 10 years in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the e-commerce or furniture industry.

â¢Strong understanding of the furniture market and experience working with corporate clients and industry stakeholders.

â¢Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage complex negotiations, and close high-value deals.

â¢Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

â¢Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.

â¢Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant sales tools.

Work Location: Maadi.
