**What you’ll do**:
The Projects & Programmes team within Vodafone Business Technology Solutions deliver services and solutions to our Enterprise customers.
The PMO Coordinator aligns to a customer facing project or programme, peering with their counterpart within the customer’s organisation. Alternatively, you may be aligned to the Central Delivery PMO, operating across an entire portfolio or business/function area where multiple programmes and projects are being delivered.
The PMO Coordinator supports the implementation & governance of programme and project management practice, by assuring and monitoring the specified projects and programmes in accordance with VBTS UK methodology, standards, and tools. They will identify trends across various aspects of delivery and support the Programme/Project manager in the implementation of action plans to ensure that the programme/projects are kept on track and deliver to time/cost/quality parameters and within the agreed risk profile
**Short Description**:
The PMO Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of the project/programme governance, you will support and facilitate the standards set by the Central PMO, whilst being flexible enough to meet the needs of your customer should you be placed in customer facing environment, whilst maintaining good governance. You should be able to provide support or facilitation for the processes listed below and assurance you will take an active role in most or all the following:
- Programme Reporting
- RAID Management
- Governance Framework & Standards
- Information Management
- Quality assurance
- Change Management
- Planning
- Lessons Learnt
- Communications
- Project Set up & Closure
**Key accountabilities**:
- ** Planning & Control**
Supports the monitoring and control of the plans, assisting in ensuring that key dependencies are recorded and managed. Working with RAID owners to manage RAID Items including open risks and issues which could impact upcoming milestones. Acts as the Project/Programme point of contact for governance and methodology, supporting the Project/Programme Manager to complete stage gating requirements on time and to a high quality. Flags where controls are not being adhered to.
- ** Communication & Stakeholder Management**
Supports the production of a communications plan for the programme and assist in ensuring key information is provided to the required stakeholders by the team on time and to the required quality.
Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships within the teams and with the customer. Completes reporting packs as required by the programme / Project
**Long Description**:
- ** Project Governance & Methodology**
Assists in assurance and ensuring that the Programme/ Project team adheres to the Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle (VPDL) methodology which aligns to industry project management standards such as PRINCE2.
- ** Risk, Issue and Change Management**
Support the monitoring and control of the project/Programme risk register to ensure RAID items are updated and controlled in accordance with Vodafone standards. Produces Management Information (MI) reporting. Supports the control and monitoring of the Change Log working with the PMO /Programme Manager to ensure Changes are managed controlled and prioritised accordingly supports the provision of consistent MI reporting
**Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**:

- Experience of working within a PMO in the IT industry is desirable
- Acute attention to detail - essential when sharing and reviewing information that is customer facing
- Proactive in ensuring that projects & programme managers complete all documentation is a timely fashion
- This is a customer interacting and facing role therefore you will need to have experience building relationships with customers and producing customer facing reports
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry and good knowledge of Vodafone products and service propositions is advantageous.
**Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications**:
- MS office / SharePoint
- Ms Power BI
- Self-motivated individual with great organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Confident and able to liaise and influence others within the team
