**Role Purpose**:

- Follow up the implementation of LCM Policy within the network, contribute to increase the awareness, the understanding of LCM procedures, identify improvements and address needs, interact with other functions to grant the compliance with LCM Policy;
- Ensure that all stakeholder’s understand what is expected from them, set up plans for LCM activities, ensure the respect of the planning, monitor the state of advancement, solve issues & identify workarounds; supports LCM checks;
- Support Asset Inventory implementation by presenting LCM requirements
- Prepare/Consolidate/rework data
- Supports business analysis through implementation of dashboards and analytic tools to show status/deviations and elaborate LCM/TLT Reporting
- Follow up the governance of data population & crossfunctional meetings and act as PMO to push all stakeholders to respect the deadline, highlight criticality, monitor the state of progress
- Prepare & consolidate LCM reporting for CNO, Vertical Managers ( including operation)
- Support data quality checks and data reconciliation versus other data source

**Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership**:

- Support Business analysis through implementation of analytics tools
- Liaise the LCM activities with Asset Marketplace in order to close the loop of HW lifecycle

**Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience**:

- 3-7 years of work experience in a technology function covering PMO role in a large, multi-cultural, international organization and in complex projects
- Excellent capability to manag the delivery in an autonomous way and to work with many different stakeholders belonging to different organization
- Deep knowledge of Excel (advance level is required) and PBI (both functional usage, debugging/design implementation)
- Python skills (entry level), nice to have SQL knowledge
- Excellent analytics & data visualization skills
- Problem solving skills
- Previous experience in Telco industry (nice to have)
- Previous experience as PMO in complex contex, capability to be multi-tasking
- Experience in technology and financial planning
- Leadership skills to drive change and deliver business outcomes.

**Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge of Technology/Network
- Financial and Business Analysis acumen
- PMO skills
- English proficiency
- Engineering University degree
