**Description**:
As a member of the Strategy Team, you will be supporting cross functional projects to define and implement the Company Strategy & provide support in developing a cohesive strategic plan across the different business areas taking in account local competitive, regulatory, economic, political environment.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Support in development of the annual strategic planning process, coordinating between Vodafone Egypt different departments as well as Vodafone Group stakeholders.
- Reporting on progress of key strategic projects & programms
- Drive specific work streams and take end-to-end responsibility for some cross functional topics.
- Works closely with PMO & Governance sub-function by sharing knowledge & benchmark studies & best practice for implementation of strategic programs
- Keep up to date on developments in Telco and adjacent industries topics and actively contribute to pipeline of innovative growth ideas
- Contribute perspectives to the broader team on how Vodafone can enhance its strategic position in the market vs. competitors and translate high level corporate strategy into executable actions.
- Delivering E2E cross functional strategic projects
- Successful follow up and Reporting on key strategic work streams & projects
- Delivering quality benchmarks studies on specific topics
- Successful contribution in delivery of annual strategic planning cycle & alignment with cross functional stakeholders

**Required Criteria**:

- 5-8 years of previous Telco Experience is a must, preferably in Strategy, commercial and/or financial planning & PMO capacity.
- Prior Experience in Tech Commercial and financial strategy experience or management consulting experience can be considered.
- Structured approach to gathering and representing data with a strong statistical analysis background
- In depth knowledge of key, internal Business processes of mobile telecommunications operations & industry global trends
- Strong commercial, operational / Project management acumen / knowledge as well as critical problem-solving skills, able to rationalise strategies into deliverable, operational business plans
- Excellent analytical & presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder & relationship management
- Ability to work in multitasks under pressure
- Ability to create board level presentations
- Ability to deal with high levels of agility and ambiguity
- Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged development periods
- Excellent command of English
