**About the Role**
This role is part of the B2B Sales project, responsible for supervising the sales targets and processes for the sales representatives. This role will supervise and coordinate the work of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
**What you will do**
- Supervise the team of sales representatives and runners
- Cascades the sales targets set by the department manager down to the sales rep.
- Creates a monthly sales plan by region, zone, category, etc.
- Achieve their assigned sales targets
- Mentors and guides the team
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or other digital sources.
- Expands our customers base.

- Has previous experience working in B2B and retail sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing a team
- Strong working knowledge in MS tools (Excel, Power Point)
- Has high ethical standards and integrity
- Financial knowledge
