- Bachelor’s degree. -Minimum of 1 year experience of people management in sales. -Business analysis. -Coaching skills. -Strong communication skills. -Ability to handle objections. -Medical Background or Strong knowledge of the medical insurance industry is a plus.

We work with both international and local medical insurance providers such as Bupa Global, AXA, Allianz and top local providers such as MetLife and Libano-Suisse. Deraya works closely with these providers to find the best insurance solutions for its customers.
