**About the Role** As an integral part of the P2H Arabia Business Development team, the Arabic-English Translator will be responsible for translating a variety of documents including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation from Arabic to English and vice versa. This role is critical in ensuring that our proposals are accurately presented and maintained in both languages, supporting our marketing and sales efforts in the region. **Your impact** - Translating Documents (AREN). - Translate RFTs, RFPs, BOQs, tender documentation, business correspondence, and other relevant documents from Arabic to English and vice verse. - Translation of our proposals for Ministries in KSA. - The daily quota is 15 pages of A4 format using AI (we have a paid subscription for ChatGpt4), Machine Learning, or any other tools (you might suggest your tools). - The daily quota includes the document translation for both the presales team and government entities. - Maintain and update marketing materials, sales set-up documents, and one-page presentations in both Arabic and English. - Work closely with the Business Development team to understand the nuances of each document to ensure accurate and contextual translation. - Manage multiple translations under tight deadlines, especially during peak periods when multiple RFPs and RFTs are released simultaneously. - Process and translate large amounts of information, capturing the essential details for successful tender submissions and business operations. **Qualifications** - **Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in translation**, particularly within IT outsourcing, software development, product development, or startup environments. - Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English, with a high proficiency in written and verbal communication. - Demonstrated experience in handling business correspondence and official documents - Ability to work flexible hours and manage peak workloads efficiently - Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other corporate tools for business purposes. - Strong organizational skills with the capability to process and translate large volumes of information accurately. - Experience using AI and CAT tools for translation. **Our benefits** - A full-time, remote position based in Egypt or Jordan, allowing flexible working hours - Working days from Sunday to Thursday - An opportunity to be part of a growing international company with a footprint across the US, Europe, and the Middle East - A dynamic work environment that values innovation, efficiency, and collaboration - Long-term cooperation with a commitment to professional development and growth **Recruitment process** - Online interview with a Recruiter — 45 minutes. - Тest Task - 1 page. - Online interview with our Business Development Team — up to 1 hour. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable with 15 pages of A4 format per day? **Experience**: - translating: 3 years (required)
