**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (**Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Sketch**, **InVision**).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and interaction design.
- Experience creating design systems, responsive layouts, and mobile-first interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and UI work.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards is a plus.
- Prior experience with tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Motion/interaction design experience (e.g., using After Effects, Principle, or Lottie) is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Translate product requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, user data, and business needs.
