UI/UX Designer Job Summary The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. The designer must have a deep understanding of user experience principles and visual design standards, with proven experience working on projects targeting the Saudi Arabian market. The role requires strong collaboration with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design outputs align with business objectives and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test user flows.
• Maintain consistency through the creation and application of a design system.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Evaluate user feedback and analytics data to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Ensure that all designs comply with usability, accessibility, and responsiveness standards.
• Stay informed of emerging design trends and UI/UX best practices, especially within the Saudi digital market. Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, including projects targeting the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of UX research, design systems, and responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX capabilities.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in e-learning, SaaS, or technology-based platforms.
• Familiarity with Arabic-language UI design and right-to-left (RTL) interfaces.
