**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Working Hours**
- This position requires strict adherence to specified working hours to ensure seamless collaboration and support across all remote teams.
- The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Equivalent working hours in Egypt Standard Time (EET) are Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
- All team members, regardless of location, are expected to be fully available and engaged during these hours.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team and help shape the user experience and visual design of our websites. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences that delight users and drive results. If you’re passionate about digital design and love solving user problems through elegant interfaces, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define website requirements and user flows.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for performance across devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability data.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs and UX best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience creating wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
