We are seeking a talented and user-centered UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform complex ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define interaction flows, and create interfaces that deliver both aesthetic excellence and functional clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and product goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver engaging user experiences
  • Translate user insights into actionable design improvements
  • Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure quality and consistency
  • Maintain and contribute to the design system for reusable components
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing interfaces based on user feedback and analytics

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design
  • Ability to translate requirements into polished user-centric designs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts and working with developers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Background in motion design, micro-interactions, or animation
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to conduct advanced user research and usability testing
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., GA, Hotjar) to inform design decisions
